Ate Hazel
Hazel is an experienced volunteer teacher and a visual learner and it reflects on her teaching. She puts a lot of effort into her teaching sessions, bringing equipment to put on tiny science experiment shows to get the engagement of her students.
She loves to make a statement, one might think she’s the ‘favorite teacher’ by the kids.
Ate Tish
Tish is a new volunteer teacher recruit. Unlike her other teachers, she’s more of a quiet and shy type, needing to muster a lot of energy to be lively in front of the class.
Where she lacks in social energy however is her patience. She’s very observant and patient towards kids, often seeing things adults tend to overlook.
Kuya Angelo
Don’t let his white hair deceive you, Kuya Angelo is actually one of the youngest volunteer teachers at the Lakbay Aral Program. Despite being young, he’s been told a lot by peers and students that he has an ‘old soul’
Kuya Angelo is an excellent teacher who ensures that students grasp the lessons properly.
